Hey y’all! In this video, I’ll show you how to make a Grinch decoration out of a Dollar Tree candy cane wreath form.
The original instructions (found here: http://www.thissoutherngirlcan.com/christmas/dollar-tree-candy-cane-wreath-form-grinch-hand) used eyelash yarn and a car cleaning cloth. The yarn can be difficult to find, so I now recommend feather boas which can be found at many craft or party supply stores.
